My Story

I hope that you find this site to be useful and interesting to you! I am blessed to be involved with a diverse arrangement of educational organizations and commitments; my goal is to share my experience with anyone who visits and to use my positions to further contribute to the development of young people.

In 2012, I discovered my passion for working with youth in the school setting when I began volunteering with and later working for Junior Achievement of East TN.

Presently, I work as a fourth grade teacher in a Title I elementary school, Child Development Program Teacher for primarily Spanish speaking children (Centro Hispano de East TN), and ESL Teacher for Chinese students (VIPKID, Beijing).

I obtained my Masters in Elementary Education from Lincoln Memorial University (Knoxville, TN) and received my K-5 teaching license. I graduated from the University of TN in 2016 with a B.A. in Communication Studies.

My Goal

My goal is to do everything I can to contribute to the happy, healthy, and wholesome academic, cultural, and social development of children.

I believe that children present a great opportunity to the world. I strive to play my part in helping fulfill that opportunity.
